Infants
Cribs are NEVER shared at Strictly Kidz.
Keeping the infant environment sanitized and disinfected is important and we have put definitive procedures in place to insure cleanliness. Staff is required to adhere to all sanitary measures. Toys and cribs are disinfected nightly. Changing tables are disinfected after each individual diaper is changed.
Our infants curriculum enhances there development in the following activities:
* Fine Motor- turning and grasping
* Gross Motor- crawling, pushing, pulling and reaching
* Music & Art- age appropriate activities for stimulation and enrichment
* Language- talking, listening, sounds and eye contact
* Sensory- textures, touching and feeling
* Carpet Time-playing with age appropriate toys, mobiles and infant gyms
Toddlers A (1 to 2 Years)
Cots are NEVER shared at Strictly Kidz.
Our energetic, caring teachers encourage and gently guide each toddler through exploration and discovery. Toddlers are striving for independence and have grown into the mobile stage and are walking and exploring their fascinating environment.We strive to ensure safe, secure and a loving environment; while giving them age appropriate materials and stimulation they need to help quench their thirst for exploration. At this stage, we focus on eye and hand coordination, motor development and problem solving.
Our Toddler curriculum enhances thier development in the following activities:
* Fine Motor-building blocks, puzzles, table toys, lacing
* Gross Motor-ball throwing, climbing, balancing
* Language- story time, finger plays, flannel boards
* Art-using a variety of mediums
* Music- rhythm, songs, and dance
* Nature- outside activities for exploration and discovery
Toddlers B (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 Years)
In this stage of development, a child is usually mature enough to be introduced to "potty time". Because there is a rapid increase in physical, cognitive development and social, language and communication skills, we provide a balanced curriculum to satisfy this unique growth period.
Our Toddler curriculum enhances there development in the following activities:
* Learning Center-manipulatives, puzzles, blocks, sensory, art, and dramatic play, computers, home/life lessons
* Circle Time- language Development, story time and books, discussions, weather, special holidays
* Music- Rhythm, songs and dance
* Exercise- fun through physical fitness and tumbling
* Science- exploration through safe hands-on activities
* Dance- develops body awareness and coordination
Preschool (3 to 5 Years)
Literacy, language arts and self-expression are encouraged at this stage and age. We also encourage problem solving, cognitive as well as symbolic thinking, math, concepts and logistics. Our preschoolers are introduces to early reading programs. They will receive daily materials to learn reading and writing, shapes, letters and color recognition.
Our Prechoolers curriculum enhances there development in the following activities:
* Circle time- sharing thoughts and ideas, laughter and fun
* Listening Center- Book reading and cognitive thinking
* Language & Lessions- library, literature, science, discovery and exploration, mathh concepts and social studies
* Arts and Crafts-growing the imagination
* Dramatic Play- make believe socio- dramatic play
* Etiquette and Manners- navigating in the world around us
* Music & Exercise- fun-filled preschool music, physical fitness activities
Pre-K (5 Years)
Entering Kindergarten is one of the biggest steps your child will take! Our Pre-K environment encourages open-ended exploration, discovery and investigation. This curriculum is designed to enhance each child's self-confidence and to build each child's self-esteem.
Our Pre-K's are learning how to master the following concepts:
* Write first and last names using proper capitalization, spacing and letter formation
* Recognize and print the alphabet
* Language / Library Literature to enhance each child's love of reading
* Recognizing and writing numbers
* Visual discrimination
* Health and nutrition
* Journal writing
* Understand the purpose of the calenedar
* Identify our plant, country, state and city in which they live
* Utilize objects of scientific exploration
* Explore the world of art, music, physical fitness, science and dance
Before / After School Care
At Strictly Kidz we pride ourselves on our quality before/after school program; designed specifically for elementary school age students. We provide age-appropriate activities in a safe and secure environment that allows children to be children. The children play games, do awesome science experiments, participate in dance, music, theater and craft-based activities that enable them to explore and learn.

3:30 - 4:00 Snack / Juice Provided
4:00 - 5:00 Homework Assistance or core curriculum review
5:00 - 5:45 Movie Time or Free play
