Our Owner / Director
Vinswella Sandridge is the owner/director and the administrator; with over nineteen years of experience. Vinswella founded Strictly Kidz in April 2009 and she holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Rochester University. She is Licensed by the State of Michigan and is a current member of the Great Start to Quality Readiness Program; working to continuously improve while currently holding a tiered three star quality rating.
As the Director, I am responsible for the hiring of all staff members. All teachers will need verifiable credentials, references and must possess energetic, loving and engaging characteristics. Each individual must have a complete comprehensive screening/criminal background check and a clear criminal history prior to employment.
We promote time and resources to teacher training as well as strong partnership with our families and to ensure the best possible experience for your child.
My focus has always been geared on preschool and primary education. And I am truly inspired and passionate about your child's safety, happiness and growth. My goal is to provide educational opportunities that help children reach important developmental stages in their lives. Through nurturing and attention, I take pride in providing a safe, secure and fun learning environment that cultivates self-esteem for your children.
I believe that learning is an exciting experience and I understand the importance of a growing child's mind, body and spirit with experiences such as:

* Children are effective communicators
Most importantly I enjoy creating projects that are geared towards the children's interests to help give them the opportunity to explore daily around fun engaged concepts that helps them to learn with natural resources while they play.

Our staff is committed will oversee the facility, develop policies and programs, and ensuring that with God’s help, our center can be the best it can be. Strictly Kidz is currently located in the Farmington Hills area as a state licensed Child Care; serving children from the ages of infants to 12 years. Our facility is christian-based with a large playground area structured just for the kidz.
